Q. Can I sell personal property at the same sale?
A. Yes! We can sell real Estate, Personal Property, vehicles, guns, and other personal
effects all in one day.
Q. Will my house sell quicker at Auction than on the market?
A. Although no one can predict the market, statistics have shown that homes that sell at
Auction sell quicker.
Q. Can I lose money?
A. No, although there are certain expenses involved, YOU decide when to sell. In
the unlikely event that we don’t reach the selling point, your only expenses are
advertising.
Q. What is the next step?
A. The last live bidder has the right to write a offer for the amount of their last bid to
tie up the property for three working days. At that point it is considered a listed
property.
Q. What are the terms of Sale?
A. 10% of bid down, day of auction. Balance due on or before 45 days, in accordance with
buyers financial institution. Buyer will receive Guaranteed Certificate of Title and Deed
with proper real estate tax proration. STATEMENTS MADE DAY OF AUCTION TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER
PRINTED MATTER.
